Queens Workwear uses minimal packaging to reduce our carbon footprint. We do not produce any of our own plastic bags-only products which we receive in plastic will arrive to you in the same protective packaging.
Even our courier bags are plastic free!

Shipping and Returns
Shipping and delivery
Shipping is available within New Zealand and Australia. Products are shipped from Queenstown, New Zealand.
Queens Workwear Ltd currently work with NZ post and delivery time should be within 3-5 working days domestically, and 3-10 working days internationally.
Please inform us at 10 working days if you have not received your goods. We will endeavour to contact NZ Post on your behalf and act in good faith to come to a resolution.
Please note an order can only be cancelled or amended prior to shipment. If the order is on it's way to you our Returns policy below applies.
International shipping: All local taxes and charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Our post is sent with NZ post and is tracked within New Zealand.
Returns/ Exchanges
Any request for returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days of your purchase date. For all returns/ exchanges please contact info@queensworkwear.co.nz.
Exchanges are subject to availability. Please note the cost of returning the item is at the expense of the customer. The item/s must be returned unworn, unwashed, unaltered with original packaging and tags if applicable.
Once received the item/s will be thoroughly inspected to ensure they are still in new condition. A credit note, or exchange (subject to availability) will be offered.
If the item is unable to be resold the product will be sent back to the customer. There are NO Returns/ exchanges on sale or second items (including imperfect pieces)
We cannot be held responsible for goods that are being returned, that are lost or damaged in the post. Use registered post to reduce your risk.
Faulty Goods
If you receive damaged or incorrect goods please contact us within 14 days of your purchase date at info@queensworkwear.co.nz.
We will replace a faulty item if a replacement is in stock and available. If we do not have a replacement available we are happy to provide you with a credit or a full refund.
Our quality control practices are very stringent, so if we deem the fault to be down to general wear and tear we will be unable to offer a refund.
If you have received incorrect goods we will organise a prepaid return package for you to send back the goods at our cost.
